About Us

Baillie Hill is Perth’s newest hospitality precinct, now open in the heart of East Victoria Park. The Role

We’re currently seeking multiple experienced Duty Managers to join our leadership team across our two flagship venues, The Berwick and Milly’s Acre.

These are hands-on leadership roles supporting our Venue Managers with daily operations, team leadership and delivering consistently outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

We have the following opportunities available:

Full-time salaried positions – $76,000 + super

Casual positions – paid in line with HIGA award rates

About You

You’ll bring energy, confidence and a calm leadership style, and thrive in a busy service environment. You will ideally have:

At least 1 year experience in a supervisory or duty management role

Confidence working in high-volume, fast-paced venues

A natural ability to lead, motivate and support teams

Strong knowledge of bar, restaurant and service standards

A genuine passion for hospitality, food and beverage

Key Responsibilities

Open and close venues across the Baillie Hill precinct

Lead shifts, manage breaks and adjust staffing levels as required

Support the setup and delivery of functions and events

Maintain exceptional service, bar and restaurant standards

Foster a positive, supportive and professional team culture

Train and mentor team members in service and product knowledge

Assist Venue and Restaurant Managers with daily operations

Provide support across multiple venues within the precinct as needed
