Server, Server​/Wait Staff

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Server to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders promptly and accurately.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area and ensure tables are set up appropriately.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area, and participate in cleaning duties.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a positive and efficient manner.

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
