Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) — Mount Pleasant, SC. Competitive pay: $23–$27/hour + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus. Palmetto Veterinary Clinic is seeking a dedicated LVT to join our team. • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

The LVT title varies by state based on licensing and credentialing requirements. Responsibilities may vary and will be outlined by the state Veterinary Practice Act and/or the responsible veterinarian.

  Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and performing lab work.
• Be a Leader and Mentor:
  Guide the medical team, maintain efficient workflow, and mentor others.
• Partner with Clients:
  Educate pet owners on treatments, review medical records, and answer questions."
• Contribute to a Positive Culture:
  Participate in training, provide feedback, and uphold hospital standards.

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program
• Current state veterinary technician license (LVT) in good standing
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures
• Calm and efficient under pressure
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset
• One year of veterinary industry experience preferred
