Overview
Health Care Support is actively seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
Responsibilities- Provide Primary and Family evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
- Provide administrative duties to include but not limited to opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment.
- Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
- Monday to Friday 8:30a-7:30p, Sat 9:00a-5:30p, Sun 9:00a-4:30p.
- Board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Clear and active NP license in South Carolina
- 1+ year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner/Primary Care
