Senior Living Caregiver – Memory Care (NOC)
NOC Shift: 11pm – 7am

Merrill Gardens at Carolina Park is a Montessori‑Inspired Memory Care Community supporting individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. We’re seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide respectful, personalized care that promotes dignity and independence through meaningful, hands‑on engagement.

Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
- Manage medication as allowed by the state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.
- Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed.
- Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or ability to obtain.
- CNA license or two years previous experience as a caregiver.
- Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
