Account Manager

Yard Works is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee approximately $1M in high-end residential landscape maintenance and enhancement work
. This role is responsible for the daily operational control of 4–5 production trucks
, ensuring quality, efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with horticultural knowledge, excellent time management skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee daily operations for multiple landscape production crews
• Ensure work meets Yard Works’ quality standards and client expectations
• Lead, train, and motivate crew leaders and team members
• Coordinate closely with the Account Manager on budgets, timelines, and priorities
• Monitor productivity, job costing, and time management
• Enforce safety policies and equipment care standards
• Provide hands-on problem solving in the field as needed

• Proven leadership experience in landscape production or related field
• Strong knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance best practices
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities simultaneously
• Valid SCDL required
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
