Senior Living Concierge/Driver

Merrill Gardens at Carolina Park is currently accepting applications for a Concierge/Driver to help support residents within our beautiful community residents call home.

• Coordinate with local restaurants and entertainment venues and make reservations and ticket purchases for residents.
• Coordinate dry cleaning or any other outside services residents may need.
• Provide shuttle service and valet for residents as needed.
• Plan and coordinate parking assignments for valet and special event parking.
• Assist with developing community communications, such as activities calendars, to residents, families, and prospective residents.
• Ensure the entryway and lobby of the community are clean and free of debris.
• Purchase supplies as approved and ensure supplies purchased do not exceed budget.
• Drive residents and community outings as assigned.
• Support management team with special holiday/event planning.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Has a high school diploma (college degree or equivalent preferred).
• Possesses a valid driver’s license.
• Has an excellent driving record (last five years).
• Is at least 25 years of age.

This role requires regular use of a computer and may involve occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs), bending, or reaching. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
