Seeking Skilled Caregivers With Open Availability For Day Shifts In Mount Pleasant Areas

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Prepare light meals according to dietary restrictions
• Transportation to and from shops, pharmacy or appointments
• Perform light housekeeping duties for the client
• Be a pleasant, engaging, and supportive companion

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license, working vehicle, and current insurance
• Must adhere to plans of care for client
• Must have flexibility with schedules per client needs
• One year of in-home caregiver experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and active listening
• Ability to remain calm in emergent situations and inform staff of any changes to client status
• Knowledge of emergency response and CPR preferred
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and use of medical equipment such as wheelchairs, transfer benches, walkers
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate demeanor

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
