Job Summary: The Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for accurate patient registration, scheduling, charge entry, and customer service support. This role will assist with a large data backlog project and requires cross-training across multiple administrative functions.

• Transfer patient demographic and appointment data into EPIC
• Assist with scrubbing patient schedules
• Support inbound call queues
• Perform patient registration and check-in/check-out functions
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance information
• Complete charge entry, audits, and resolve Epic work queues
• Perform general clerical and front desk duties
• Collaborate with clinical and revenue cycle teams
• Provide a positive, patient-centered experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of healthcare administrative experience
• EPIC experience required
• OnBase experience strongly preferred
• Must be computer savvy and detail-oriented
