Monday-Friday, 8 or 10 hour shifts available. Start times vary between 6-7am.

Our facility includes a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center, committed to providing a compassionate, quality-focused patient experience.
Duties- Prepare the operating room by setting up sterile surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies required for specific procedures.
- Perform surgical scrubs and don sterile gown and gloves; assist the surgeon and assistants with gowning and gloving.
- Anticipate the surgeon’s needs by passing instruments, sponges, and sutures efficiently and accurately.
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology program or Military Training Equivalent (68D - Operating Room Specialist). For incumbents who are not graduates of an accredited School of Surgical Technology or have certification please see additional skills required. Online Surgical Tech program credits will not be accepted. - Experience:
Previous Surgical Technologist experience, preferred. - Licensure/Certification:
Current Surgical Tech certification, preferred. - Additional Skills (required):
For incumbents who are not graduates of an accredited School of Surgical Technology or have certification the following additional requirements apply: new graduates must obtain certification within 12 months of hire. Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skill validation and competency testing. Demonstrate effective and appropriate customer service skills, verbal and nonverbal communication techniques, interpersonal relationship skills, and time management skills. - Additional Skills (preferred):
One to two years of experience in sterile processing or equivalent training if assigned solely to sterile processing.
