Overview
Little Learners Lodge, an independently owned school inspired by both RIE and Montessori principles, is seeking warm and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers who are looking for meaningful and rewarding work with young children. At our school, teachers are valued as professionals and nurturers, playing an essential role in creating an environment where toddlers can safely explore, grow, and thrive.
You’ll join a supportive and collaborative team of experienced mentors, educators, and families who share a deep respect for early childhood development. Our program emphasizes individualized care, fostering relationships, and honoring each child’s natural curiosity. Teachers are given the time and space to truly connect with a small group of toddlers, cultivating trust, security, and joyful discovery every day. If you are passionate about providing respectful, relationship-based care, eager to grow in your practice, and excited to be part of a close-knit school community, we would love to hear from you.
