Roof Serv is a fully licensed and insured residential and commercial re‑roofing contractor bringing our success from Atlanta (1,000+ roofs installed annually) to the greater Charleston market. We are hiring a Roofing Production Supervisor to oversee roofing projects from post‑sale through completion while serving as the on‑site point of contact for our customers.

This is a hands‑on, field‑based role ideal for someone with construction experience who wants long‑term growth, leadership opportunities, and stable hourly pay with benefits.

• Manage roofing jobs from sale through final completion
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries
• Schedule and manage roofing crews
• Be on‑site daily overseeing production and quality
• Pick up small or supplemental materials as needed
• Ensure all photo documentation meets company standards
• Complete and verify all job forms and checklists
• Serve as the primary on‑site contact for customers
• Communicate job progress with homeowners and internal teams
• Work closely with the Branch President and Sales Representatives
• Assist with sales when applicable and earn commission
• Help build and manage a future Quality Control team

• Construction experience
• Roofing experience preferred but not required
• Strong organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Customer‑focused and professional on job sites
• Self‑motivated and able to manage multiple projects
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable pickup truck required (mileage and fuel reimbursed)

$25 per hour (W2) – We’re looking for the right person here – more experience will command more compensation
