Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Loan Officer Assistant to support a high-producing mortgage team in Mount Pleasanr, SC. This role focuses on loan coordination, client communication, calendar and email management, marketing support, and delivering an exceptional borrower experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Loan Officer calendar and email communications
  • Communicate with clients and real estate partners
  • Collect documentation and assist with loan file preparation
  • Track loan progress and follow up on conditions
  • Send thank-you notes and coordinate closing gifts
  • Assist with social media and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
  • Mortgage, real estate, financial services, or administrative support experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and client-focused approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable managing calendars, email communication, and follow-up tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technology platforms; mortgage software experience is a plus
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
