• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational & promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use data to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising and signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services is moved back to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-Up (DU), maintaining compliance with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping with Target.
• All other duties as assigned based on business needs.

• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused and composed while accomplishing multiple tasks within time frames.
• Ability to handle cash register operations as needed; climb ladders; lift up to 44 pounds with assistance as required; operate in varying temperatures and conditions; remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
