As a Temp - CST, you will assist in peri-operative care under the supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring that surgical procedures are carried out smoothly and safely. You will prepare the operating room, assist with developing patient care plans, and adhere to safety protocols. The role involves primarily day shifts, with a 12-hour shift length, fostering a consistent schedule in a supportive environment.

Required Skills:

Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) from an accredited program Basic understanding of peri-operative procedures and sterile techniques Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience in operating rooms with GI, Orthopedic, Spine, Gynecology, Urology, Podiatry, and Cesarean sections Familiarity with specific surgical instruments and sterilization processes Prior experience with hospital settings or surgical centers Preferred

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional certifications preferred Minimum of one year of surgical technology experience in a clinical setting Other Requirements:
