Location:

Mt. Pleasant, MI. Shift: Varied; 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. (7 days).

• Provide ongoing Locum Emergency Medicine physician coverage as described.
• Supervise the midlevel on duty; coordinate with 2 PRNs and 4 full-time physicians.
• Participate in ED operations, including airway management and codes as available; assist hospitalists with admissions and limited bridging orders.
• Collaborate with ED staff and support services; participate in transfer/referral processes as outlined.

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Family Practice with ER experience (2+ years) – REQUIRED
• State Licenses:
  Michigan
• DEA – Verbal Confirmation – REQUIRED
• Certifications:
  
  BLS – REQUIRED; ACLS/ATLS/PALS (for non-EM boarded physicians) – REQUIRED
• Presentation items:
  Candidate home address, home or cell number, email, DOB, and other health employment requirements as listed
• Availability for dates listed above – REQUIRED

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~90 days

• Lodging/Third-party bookings restrictions;
  McLaren tax-exempt status; reverse billing via Doc Time (timesheets not approved)

• Board Certified in EM or FP with ER experience (2+ years) – REQUIRED

• Immunizations/Health requirements:
  Flu, Covid booster (or declination), TB 2-step or Quantiferon, Hep B titers/declination, MMR titers, Varicella titers, TDAP (within last 10 years)
