Overview
At Green Stone Farm Credit Services, we're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to be the cornerstone of our exceptional service for all customer segments. This role stands as a vital pillar within our team, directly contributing to our excellent customer service and branch operations. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll foster customer relationships and collaborate closely with our association staff.
Working Hours: 8am-4:30pm, Monday – Friday in the office, providing a stable work-life balance.
Location: Mt. Pleasant, MI office, contributing to the local community.

- Providing excellent internal and external customer service as a daily activity.
- Daily customer interactions, answering incoming calls, receipting payments, disbursing funds, and providing administrative assistance to mortgage loan processing and loan documentation.
- Collecting, coordinating, and uploading documentation to facilitate loan closings and ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Data entry, loan servicing, maintaining branch operations, and supply ordering.
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years customer service or office experience required
- Banking experience preferred
- Communication Expert:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain relationships and provide status updates. - Detail-Oriented:
Strong attention to detail to accurately enter and verify data. - Problem Solver:
Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. - Multitasking Pro:
Skilled in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
