Overview

Access Energy Cooperative is an electric distribution cooperative serving members in parts of 10 counties in southeast Iowa. • Coordinate the purchasing and storing of tools, equipment and material.
• Check material received to ensure accuracy and condition of material.
• Process returns and warranty claims.
• Supply line crew with materials and supplies for jobs.
• Assist drivers loading and unloading material.
• Request quotes from suppliers, prepare purchase orders and material requisitions.
• Perform inventory process.
• Prepare oil samples for testing.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of tools and materials utilized in the construction and maintenance of electrical distribution system.
• Be or become forklift certified.
• Have or obtain commercial drivers license (CDL). Preference given to those who have a CDL.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and learn other software programs.
