Join to apply for the RPC Sorter - Afternoon Shift role at Rehrig Pacific Company.
This position involves hand-sorting RPC (returnable plastic containers) accurately and efficiently based on manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection, meeting quality and quantity goals.
Shift: Tuesday - Friday, 3:30pm - 2am
Pay: $18/hour, plus $1/hour shift differential. Great benefits after 30 days!
Sign-On Bonus: $500!
Responsibilities include:- Ensuring safety and meeting Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
- Maintaining quality standards during sorting and reclamation of customer-owned products.
- Achieving production goals and performing other duties as assigned.
- Perform sanitation and housekeeping.
- Operate a forklift (training provided).
- Lift up to 70 lbs. regularly and perform repetitive motions.
- Experience with pallet jacks preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
