- Afternoons: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- $1,500 sign‑on bonus for full‑time qualifying candidates!

- Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs
- Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care
- Obtain food trays and assist residents with feeding
- Assist residents with range‑of‑motion exercises
- Provide personal care and comfort
- Move residents to wheelchair or activity areas
- Assist residents with ambulation for short distances in facility
- Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output as directed
- Provide direct and indirect resident care services
- Meet communication needs of resident and family
- Communicate to nursing team changes in residents’ clinical condition
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or general equivalency preferred
- Must pass a state‑issued exam
- Valid certification as a CNA in the state of Iowa required
- Six months experience in a long‑term care environment preferred
- Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, their family members, and facility staff
