Caregiver/Med Techs - 3rd Shift - Full-time (No CNA required)

Arvum Senior Living is seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Managers/Med Techs to join our team and provide exceptional care during the 3rd shift. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others and who thrive in an overnight setting. No CNA certification is required for this position.

Location:

Mount Pleasant, IA.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well‑being.
• Administer prescribed medications to residents accurately and in compliance with facility protocols.
• Document all care provided and monitor residents’ health status, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the nurse or supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff.
• Foster a supportive and respectful atmosphere by building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, employing critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans for residents.

• Previous experience as a caregiver, med tech, or related role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow medication administration protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Work primarily on the 3rd shift, with hours typically falling between late evening and early morning.
• Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights as needed.
