Quality Engineering Intern

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a well – known manufacturing fragrance company is seeking a talented individual. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a collaborative, fast‑paced production environment. In this role you will support continuous improvement initiatives, quality investigations, and process optimization across multiple departments.

This internship is 40 hours per week/monday through friday 8am to 5pm

Pay: $24

8:00am to 5:00pm

• Contribute to Cap Ex project design phase by supporting layout design via time study & lean manufacturing principles
• Implement process improvement projects to support the production floor
• Assit with data collection, root cause analysis, and problem‑solving activities
• Partner with production, quality control and planning teams to drive corrective and preventative actions
• Support updates and maintenance of production systems and documentation infrastructure to ensure accuracy

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Interest in manufacturing, process improvement, and systems management
• Basic understanding of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methods is a plus
• Comfortable working on the production floor
