Ten (10) month position, Three (3) hours per day
Qualifications- Knowledge of materials and machinery used in the cleaning of buildings
- Knowledge of and ability to paint.
- Ability to listen, understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Willingness to perform needed tasks on an emergency basis other than during normal work hours.
- Willingness to accept such duties and responsibilities as determined by the Director of Facilities Management.
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
Salary Range: $20.23-$23.48 per hour;
Commensurate with experience
