We are looking for a Purchasing & Procurement Officer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities- Manage purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet operational needs
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
- Source and evaluate suppliers
- Request and compare quotations
- Negotiate prices and terms when needed
- Ensure timely availability of materials and supplies
- Previous experience in purchasing and/or procurement
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of suppliers and market sourcing
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, or manufacturing is a plus
