As the Shipping & Subrentals Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the shipping, receiving, and tracking of small parcel and rental equipment. This role ensures timely and accurate logistics operations while maintaining high standards of organization, communication, and safety.

• Efficient Shipping – Package, weigh, and ship small parcels using approved carriers (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.), ensuring safe and compliant transport.
• Accurate Receiving – Receive and verify incoming shipments and new inventory against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Asset Management – Label and tag all assets with RFID and barcodes for accurate tracking throughout their lifecycle.
• Documentation & Compliance – Prepare and maintain complete shipping documentation, including bills of lading, ensuring all necessary signatures are obtained.
• Subrental Coordination – Coordinate all subrental and cross-rental logistics seamlessly with internal teams and external vendors.
• Comprehensive Tracking – Track all gear movement with photos and detailed documentation to ensure accurate deliveries and returns.
• Proactive Communication – Communicate shipment status effectively and promptly resolve any delays, discrepancies, or damages.
• Organized Record-Keeping – Maintain highly organized digital and physical records of all logistics activities.
• Warehouse & Delivery Support – Support broader warehouse operations and execute vehicle-based pickups and deliveries (non-CDL) as needed.

• 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, A/V warehouse operations, or logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with inventory and rental systems (e.g., R2) and standard shipping documentation.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Timely and effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment and safely work within a warehouse environment.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record for non-CDL vehicle operation.
