Allied Universal - Up to $16.33/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control access at gates and/or entry points by verifying identification, managing visitor and contractor check-in, issuing temporary credentials, and maintaining accurate access logs;
Coordinate with warehouse staff and transportation partners to manage inbound and outbound traffic flow, including communicating directions, staging instructions, and reporting access concerns to site leadership;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying appropriate personnel per post orders;
Conduct regular and random patrols of building areas, yard space, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify maintenance and operational concerns
