Overview

On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T2126) – Mount Juliet, TN (On-Demand role). Starting Hourly Rate: $16.00 USD per hour.

• You are open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak times).

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist with needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Assist with checkout, scanning, bagging, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
• Provide information on current brand launches, store activities, and events; promote and enroll guests in Target Loyalty programs and fulfillment services.
• Explain and assist with Target App features, Wallet, and other digital capabilities.
• Handle returns following policies; escalate with leaders as needed to resolve guest concerns.
• Support guest services including order pickup, drive-up, and registry guests; maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Stock supplies during store hours and remain available for guests; follow safety policies and training; report hazards.
• Support cash office processes as needed and comply with cash handling procedures.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Effective communication and a welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to remain focused and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to educate guests about products and services and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to handle merchandise and operate in varying store conditions; lift up to 44 pounds with or without assistance.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
