• Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results
• Build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact
• Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals
• Encourage and participate in team selling and positively impact store sales volume and metrics
• Assist with visually merchandising, setup, and other store-related projects; conduct merchandise stock counts
• Handle the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale

• Stand and walk for most of the shift; frequently bend, squat, twist; lift up to 50 lbs; climb a ladder to reach merchandise and/or supplies; distinguish fabric patterns and colors
