We are currently searching for experienced Management candidates to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional service and experiences to our guests.

Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager at M.L.Rose, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that our guests have an outstanding food and beverage experience. Our managers are whole restaurant managers who own a department focus and know how to treat our guests like good neighbors. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a leading local hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving sales and ensuring profitability
  • Ensuring every guest has a food and beverage experience that’s consistent with our standards
  • Learning about the wonderful world of craft beer
  • Managing day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Writing schedules and managing labor
  • Handling inventory and ordering
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Coaching and developing staff
  • Bar Managers get to choose beer for our rotating tap program
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have prior restaurant management experience, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully overseeing restaurant operations, leading teams, and driving sales. A passion for craft beer and a commitment to providing excellent guest experiences are essential.

  • Salary: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year (commensurate with experience)
