Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

What will you do:
Lead comprehensive maintenance activities including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for critical manufacturing equipment Develop and implement standardized processes to optimize equipment performance, safety protocols, and quality standards Participate in equipment selection, installation, and evolution of production processes Execute lifecycle management plans for machinery and process equipment Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency What qualifications will make you successful:
