As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our production schedules align with our objectives of cost, quality, and lead time.

This position covers 2nd shift;
Monday - Friday from 3:30 pm - 12:00 am

What will you do?
  • Ensuring adherence to production schedules while maintaining our quality standards.
  • Enforcing compliance with our Quality System and implementing defined processes to achieve the required quality levels.
  • Organizing training programs to address the needs of your team.
  • Contributing to the improvement of industrial processes with support from various functions.
  • Managing your team effectively, including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and promoting well‑being.
Who will you report to?
  • Manufacturing Quality Manager
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience and skills will be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Experience in leading the implementation of new digital quality tools.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
  • Familiarity with ISO
    9000 standards.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
