QA Specialist / Manager
As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our production schedules align with our objectives of cost, quality, and lead time.
This position covers 2nd shift;
Monday - Friday from 3:30 pm - 12:00 am
- Ensuring adherence to production schedules while maintaining our quality standards.
- Enforcing compliance with our Quality System and implementing defined processes to achieve the required quality levels.
- Organizing training programs to address the needs of your team.
- Contributing to the improvement of industrial processes with support from various functions.
- Managing your team effectively, including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and promoting well‑being.
- Manufacturing Quality Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience and skills will be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Experience in leading the implementation of new digital quality tools.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
- Familiarity with ISO
9000 standards. - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
