Sanitation Technician — A Shift

Location: Mt. Juliet, TN

Shift: Monday–Friday, A Shift (7:00am — 3:30pm)

Pay Rate: $20.05/hr

Join Kelly as a Sanitation Technician in a fast-paced, full-shift role where you’ll be on your feet, staying busy, and making an impact!

• Walk and stay active throughout your shift—expect to be busy the whole time!

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and work areas to ensure food safety.

• Operate powered cleaning equipment (such as floor scrubbers, pallet jacks, scissor lifts).

• Dispense and handle cleaning chemicals.

• Perform routine housekeeping and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

• Follow safety practices, including wearing PPE and complying with food safety guidelines.

• Communicate with team leaders and quality staff about sanitation results or concerns.

• Complete accurate shift documentation.

• Must be 18 years old

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!

• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn

• Able to stand and walk for the entire shift, perform repetitive tasks, bend and twist, and lift as needed

• Comfortable working in environments with food allergens (nuts, dairy, grains, peanuts, etc.)

• Frequent exposure to moisture, cleaning chemicals, moving machinery, and sustained noise

• Personal protective equipment provided and required

• Occasional overtime, weekend, or holiday work may be required
