Internal Supplier Quality Engineer

• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives by identifying non-quality factors and implementing preventive solutions
• Conduct thorough quality audits and analyze results to ensure compliance with established systems and methods
• Solve manufacturing quality issues through effective containment, correction, and prevention strategies
• Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure they meet internal and regulatory quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and specify quality requirements for manufactured materials and components

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or is required.
• Proven ability to analyze complex manufacturing processes and implement quality improvements
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory standards
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with various departments
