We’re currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at Castle Dental in Mount Juliet, TN.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, one Saturday a month.

• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Dental Radiology Certification (X-Ray)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

$20 - $24/hr benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (PTO), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
