This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Construction Supervisor located in Mount Juliet, TN. The Construction Supervisor will oversee day‑to‑day site operations, manage on‑site teams, and ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The Construction Supervisor will also collaborate with project teams to address challenges, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience, including managing on‑site teams and ensuring project progress
• Proficiency in performing site inspections and ensuring compliance with Construction Safety standards
• Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with team members, contractors, and stakeholders
• Understanding of construction processes and a focus on quality assurance
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in complex project environments
• Experience in ensuring safety compliance and proactively addressing potential risks
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is highly desirable
