This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Mount Juliet, TN. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety requirements, and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating work schedules, managing subcontractors, monitoring project progress, and addressing challenges as they arise. Additionally, the Site Supervisor will help maintain quality standards and liaise with clients to ensure project expectations are met effectively.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate teams and manage timelines.
• Experience in construction management, site supervision, and familiarity with design-bid-build and design-build processes.
• Proficiency in safety compliance and the ability to enforce industry-standard safety practices on-site.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing subcontractors and engaging with clients.
• Working knowledge of construction software and tools to monitor and document project progress.
• Relevant experience in engineering, construction, or management, with a preference for prior work in the Aviation, Federal, or Commercial sectors.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
