Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role, based in Charlotte, NC, area for a Laborer at MNS Construction Inc. The Laborer will be responsible for performing various tasks at construction sites, including material handling, site preparation, equipment operation, and assisting skilled trades professionals. Responsibilities also include maintaining a safe and clean work environment, following project plans and instructions, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Work will vary from crawl space work to stand up framing, decking work.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and operating tools or machinery.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to follow instructions, adhere to safety guidelines, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, time management, and strong work ethic.
- Experience in construction or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel overnight as needed up to 5 days at a time.
