Job Description

This role involves floating based on the needs of the facility among multiple hospitals. The candidate will be required to float within 7 hospitals and must possess the necessary skills and experience to adapt to various settings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patient care effectively within assigned units.
• Float to different hospitals as needed.
• Pass the Dysrhythmia test within the specified timeframe.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing.
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required.
• Experience with adult and pediatric patients.
• Travel experience preferred but not required.
• Active NJ or Compact RN license required.
