The position is located at the Michigan Youth Treatment Center (MYTC), 400 N. Rose Street, Mt. Clemens, MI. The selected incumbent will be required to physically report to this office. Candidates should confirm work location and schedule at the time of interview.

Provide classroom instruction to students n and prepare lessons, oversee and facilitate the learning activity, and evaluate student progress. Provide ongoing communication (verbally and in writing) about student progress and notable behaviors to other teachers and staff (treatment team). Observe and record student behaviors as required for special education documentation.

Education Possession of a bachelor's degree in a field of K-12 education.

Experience No specific type or amount is required.

Current Michigan teacher certificate in secondary Math instruction.

This position is located at MYTC; the selected incumbent will be required to physically report to this office. Candidates should confirm work location and schedule at the time of interview.
