- Maintain the lifecycle of software applications from an internal policy and regulatory compliance perspective
- Collaborate with business and IT application owners to onboard applications into the employer’s environment
- Perform ongoing inventory maintenance to ensure applications remain compliant with internal policies and regulatory directives
- Provide project management services to compliance and audit teams, tracking current activities and providing status updates
- Conduct regular health checks of the application inventory to ensure data security
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT
- Experience in IT operations projects and insurance servicing at an insurance agency
- Strong communication skills
- Proven project management experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with external application vendor contacts
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory directives in the insurance industry
- Experience with software application documentation and maintenance
- Knowledge of data security best practices
- Prior experience in a technical application management role
- Additional project management certifications
