Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift. This includes all cost controls, cash control and customer relations. We have a great 6-8 week training course that prepares you for the role of Domino’s Pizza Management. You must set the example by following ALL policies and procedures — every day, every shift, all the time. You must expect and enforce the same from your employees and coworkers.
Responsibilities- Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, cash control and customer relations.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures every day, every shift, all the time, and set an example for employees and coworkers.
- Participate in the 6-8 week training course that prepares you for the role of Domino’s Pizza Management.
- Manage paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, and store operations to support a smooth shift.
- Maintain great customer service and store cleanliness, and work to a schedule.
