Senior IT Manager - Data Analytics & AI

* Manage and develop global analytics teams.

** MUST HAVE**(Minimum Qualifications)
* 7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree
* 5+ years of managerial experience
** NICE TO HAVE**(Preferred Qualifications)
* Strongly Preferred:
* Experience in
** Med Tech, Life Sciences, Healthcare**, or other regulated industries
* Experience leading analytics teams supporting commercial, operations, or supply chain functions
* Exposure to AI-driven analytics or advanced reporting initiatives
* Master’s degree or leadership-focused certifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field **(Technology, Analytics, Business, or Engineering)
*** 10+ years experience in Data, Analytics, or Digital roles
* 5+ years experience leading large, cross-functional teams and managers
* Experience managing enterprise analytics or data programs in complex organizations
* Working knowledge of modern analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) sufficient to lead teams and engage stakeholders
* Strong track record of delivering business outcomes through analytics
