The Senior IT Manager, Data Analytics & AI is a people‑focused leader responsible for managing global analytics teams and delivering data and analytics capabilities that drive business decision‑making across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and R&D functions. Reporting to the IT Director of Data & Analytics (D&A), this role emphasizes team leadership, program execution, stakeholder partnership, and value delivery—rather than hands‑on technical design—while collaborating closely with business leaders, IT partners, and data platform teams to prioritize initiatives, oversee execution, and ensure analytics solutions are delivered on time, aligned to enterprise standards, and compliant with Med Tech regulatory requirements.
