What to Expect
  • Administer and configure Workday for various functional modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and managing updates and enhancements
  • Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, and conduct training to help users effectively utilize the Workday platform
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver customer reports and analytics, establishing protocols for data integrity and security
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions for successful system adoption
  • Manage system configurations and process user requests while troubleshooting access or data issues
What is Required
  • Bachelor s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of Workday HR system configurations and administration
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to enhance operational efficiencies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system issues and provide effective user support
  • Strong communication skills to effectively train and support users
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 4 years of Workday Configuration Experience
  • Proficiency in 2 of the following Workday modules:
    Recruitment, Talent & Performance Management, Absence, and Time Tracking
  • Experience with Security & Reporting in Workday
