Job Title:

Hybris Lead
Duration:
Full Time/Permanent

Qualifications Basic:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred:

• At least 2 years of experience in defining solution architecture for Ecommerce Applications.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 2 years of experience in hybris development with at least 2 full lifecycle Ecommerce implementations.
• At least 2 years of experience in Hybris Multichannel e-commerce Suite, Apache SOLR, Hybris Datahub, JAVA J2EE, Spring, SQL.
• At least 2 years of experience working with business & client on technical issues and requirements and provide solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience converting the requirements into technical architecture and design.
• At least 2 years of experience creating logical, system, physical architecture & design.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in providing advanced technology advisory services.
• Understanding of market and technology trends.

• At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.
• At least 2 years of experience in hybris development with at least 2 full lifecycle Ecommerce implementations.
• At least 2 years of experience in Hybris Multichannel e-commerce Suite, Apache SOLR, Hybris Data hub, JAVA J2EE, Spring, SQL.
• At least 4 years of experience working with business & client on technical issues and requirements and provide solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience converting the requirements into technical architecture and design.
• At least 3 years of experience creating logical, system, physical architecture & design.
• At least 3 years of experience in project execution.
• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
• Have led a team of architects / Technical leads and guide them on technical aspects.
• At least 2 hybris Ecommerce implementations on technical aspects.
• Ability to guide Client on Ecommerce Roadmap and provide technical solutions for their business needs.
• Analytical skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams.
• Experience in providing advanced technology advisory services.
• Understanding of market and technology trends.
