The Structural Heart Principal Product Manager will have a significant impact on the success of Structural Heart by leading global product management for our adjunctive therapies, with responsibility for pricing, inventory management strategy, and product launch. This position balances strategy and execution, supporting critical commercial products and launches across the world, with particular focus on the US. This leader will partner with local, regional and international field leadership to support product management strategy and execution at the global and regional levels.
The desired work location is Mounds View, MN, but candidates can be located close to a Structural Heart work site, and must be prepared to travel up to 30 % of their time. Significant time will be spent developing and supporting team members in their strategic planning and execution.
Responsibilities may include the following (and other duties may be assigned):- Lead Downstream Adjunctive Therapies: Act as the primary voice for downstream adjunctive therapies in key organizational meetings. Ensure alignment with broader business objectives and seamless integration into supply, demand, and portfolio strategies.
- Strategic Partner for US Commercial Team: Serve as a vital strategic partner to the US commercial team, driving collaboration to ensure comprehensive product needs are addressed and supported throughout the product lifecycle.

Collaboration:
Promote and lead cross-functional collaboration, fostering a culture of learning, operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s Degree or an advanced degree.
- Successful, 10 years (8 years with an advanced degree) combined experience in two or more of the following functions: medical device sales or marketing, clinical experience (nursing etc.), or other relevant areas.
- Ability to cultivate knowledge and expertise of the Medtronic portfolio of Structural Heart solutions, and actionable insights on an increasingly competitive environment.
- Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills with demonstrated leadership skills and a genuine enthusiasm for training and development and a commitment to teamwork.
- Experience with project management/project leadership, excellent planning and organizational skills coupled with demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects concurrently.
- Experience in multicultural organizations, particularly different learning and thinking styles.
- Proven track record of ability to navigate and collaborate within a global matrix organization.
- Excellent spoken and written English is required.
Launch experience with complex technologies and experience in strategy development or support is an advantage. Knowledgeable insights on competitive cardiovascular catheterization, as it relates to valve replacement and interventional cardiology, would be an advantage as would knowledge or experience in the operating room or catheter lab.
