What You’ll Be Doing- Generate retail sales by applying your passion for technology and exceptional customer service.
- Discover customer needs through thoughtful conversation and ask the right questions.
- Present product insights and solution recommendations to deliver a complete, top‑down sales solution.
- Close sales using strong communication skills to meet customer needs with clear tech solutions.
- Continuously develop through ongoing training and up‑skill opportunities in merchandising and inventory.
- Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers.
- Engage with the community outside the store, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.
Competitive base pay of $16.00–$21.00 per hour plus up to $16,000 in individual commissions if all sales goals are met. Top performers can earn an additional $14,500+ in commissions, potentially earning over $65,000 annually. In eligible locations, bilingual speakers may receive an extra $3,000 annually after a language assessment.

- Openness to additional shifts for extra income during peak periods.
Preferred:
- Experience in a commission‑based environment.
- Sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Customer service experience.
You may be required to complete a 19‑minute assessment. If selected, a recruiter will contact you to discuss the role and answer any questions.
Worksite & ScheduleOnsite at a defined location. Scheduled for 40 weekly hours.
