• Drive retail sales by engaging customers and recommending Verizon products.
• Understand customer needs through active listening and questions.
• Present solutions and close sales using clear communication.
• Maintain merchandise inventory and support store operations.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development.
• Generate outbound outreach via calls and text to existing customers.
• Support community outreach events off‑site.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant experience (sales, customer service, or military).
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Openness to additional shifts and peak periods.
• Experience in commission‑based sales preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Competitive base pay $16–$21 per hour plus up to $16,000 annual commissions.
• Extra $3,000 annual for bilingual speakers after assessment.
