• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required for all nurses)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) & Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for ICU, ER, PACU, SDC, OR, Endo, 4th Floor Pediatrics
• ACLS & Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) for Maternal Infant
• ACLS for 2nd, 3rd, 5th floor & Cardiology, SWU

• Physical:
  Sitting, walking, standing; lifting up to 50 lbs; turning patients; kneeling, crouching, stooping, squatting; pushing and pulling patients; twisting of hand and wrist; reaching; manual dexterity; hearing and visual acuity.
• Environmental:
  Work with chemicals, radiation, fumes, hazardous waste; exposure to blood‑borne pathogens; protective clothing required.

• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary surgical team.
• Solves problems collaboratively with staff and physicians.
• Leads initiatives to improve care delivery.
• Completes WHO hand hygiene education annually and maintains 75%+ compliance.
• Maintains bar‑code scanning rate of 95%+.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state.
• BLS certification (required).
• ACLS certification with relevant specialties.
• Additional pediatric or maternal certifications as listed.
