HIM Director - Full Time position at NHC Health Care Moulton. Pay:
Depending on Experience. Don’t miss this great opportunity for a Full Time Health Information Management Director with RHIT certification to join our team at NHC Health Care Moulton. This position does not require RHIT certification but RHIT is preferred, along with prior ICD-10 CM coding experience. Under the guidance of the Health Information Regional, the Health Information Technician/Practitioner maintains the policies and procedures established for the recordkeeping practices of the center.

• Health Information Technician
• Certification as a RHIT, CCA, or CCS preferred
• Active member of AHIMA or AAPC preferred
• Evidence of maintaining continuing education (CE) requirements of AHIMA
• Prior ICD-10 CM Coding experience preferred
• Preferred but not required prior Skilled Nursing Facility experience under PDPM
• Preferred but not required have MDS completion experience
